The Falkenjagd Aristos RS is no slave to fashion. And, in its originality, it stands out as one of the most modern racing bikes available, even when placed against the now ubiquitous carbon-fibre machines. It has by far the stiffest titanium frame on the market, at both the bottom bracket and the head tube. It’s setting the pace in racing bike development.
Riding a racing bike doesn’t have to mean hunching up like a pro racer. With the Aristos ST, “protecting your back” and “fast” are not mutually exclusive. The ST, as in “Sport Touring”, is our response to the demand for a durable, comfortable, long-distance, sporty road-bike.
Designed for: day-rides, road-riding, everyday use
With its innovative Pinion gearing system and optional belt drive (developed in-house), the indestructible Hoplit PI titanium tourer is built for extreme strength and reliability – good for tens of thousands of kilometres around the globe.
New experiences are at the centre of what it is to be human. Our cycling experiences, and those of the many touring cyclists with whom we keep in close contact, together form the basis of the ingenious concept that underpins this bicycle. Reliability redefined: the Falkenjagd Hoplit ST.
Speedy travel with a clear conscience: touring cyclists and commuters who prefer to burn renewable fuel (food) should take a look at the Aristos CX Randonneur.
A race is a battle, and our principal opponent is found within us. And when we face this hardest and most stubborn adversary, we need to be well-equipped. The Hoplit RS, named after the German name for the hoplites of ancient Greece, is an unstoppable racing machine that catches the eye of athletes and engineers alike. Since 2011 it has been leading the field as the stiffest titanium frame on the market.
The Hoplit PI MTB taps into a theme that is central to our age: the trend towards rediscovering the essence of things. The bike’s simplicity and low maintenance requirements position it firmly as an uncomplicated day-ride mountain bike with first class handling characteristics.
Highly specialised, but nevertheless very adaptable: the Hoplit ST comes equipped with the world-beating Rohloff hub gear. In other words, built for eternity. And built for every time it demands you leave your comfort zone, get outside, and go do some biking.
Cycling from island to island across the Stockholm skärgård? Race fever at the Great Lakes Fatbike Series? Or maybe just relaxing with an ice cream, enjoying the view after a mellow trail ride? The Hektor Fat PI MTB is as well-engineered as it is luxurious, and is ready for anything.
The purebred Teleon is all about choice: 650B+ wheels with tyres up to 3.0" for low rolling resistance off-road plus masses of traction, or classic 700C rims for tyres up to 2.4" that put the focus on maximum speed on tarmac. Two bikes in one.
Our child-sized mountain bike may seem a bit over the top, but it’s built to become a family heirloom. Its low weight is ideal for smaller riders, and its immense durability means that it is a bike that can be passed on to new owners over decades. A piece of permanence that will span the generations.
Designed for: off-road, pump track, day rides, everyday use
When the future becomes now: The Hoplit PI e-tourer is our manifesto for a different way of covering the ground – maximum comfort and efficiency, whether you’re overtaking slower vehicles on your daily commute, or setting off on a fortnight-long tour through the mountains.
“The Tachion is a family enterprise: in meeting their children’s demands for a lively mountain bike, the Falkenjagd team have made no compromises. And the finishing touches reveal the parental dedication to materials and technology.”
Johannes Haidn, senior reviewer at world of mtb Magazin
There are plenty of well-made children’s mountain bikes available, that feature a fixed fork, single chain ring and an emphasis on minimal overall weight to ensure that young off-roaders aren’t overstrained. The Falkenjagd Tachion 24 MTB is the clear leader in this area of cycling manufacturing; with its numerous lightweight components it pushes the weight so low that it’s like no other 24″-wheeled bike. The titanium frame is for riders from around 1.20m (4ft), but it’s not just a luxury plaything. Children’s bikes generally experience a pretty tough life; titanium’s strength and scratch-resistance means that this one can expect to have a long life, too. A very long life, which means that also future generations can benefit from the Tachion’s playful handling characteristics.
The Tachion 24 MTB is built with excellent components: Shimano 1×11 gears and disc brakes (XT or XTR), and special 150mm cranks. The lightweight wheels are from Tune Components, and most important of all: yes, the other components can be supplied in not just blue, but also in pink…
